How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us directly at info@ticketsplease.ca or call 613-485-6434. We will review your request and process the refund if applicable.
General Guidelines
- Cancelled events — if an event is cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders will be contacted with refund or credit information.
- Postponed events — tickets generally remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, contact us about a refund.
- Processing fees — service and processing fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
